The Canary Islands have been a very popular destination for our customers for years, for both summer and winter sun. Our customers' growing interest, the excellent climate through out the year, the variety of facilities and the great partners we work with have been an important reason for us to commit ourselves long-term to the expansion of our presence on the islands.

Last year, we saw an increase of over 50% more Dutch guests taking a well-deserved holiday on the islands, compared to before the pandemic. We are pleased to announce that, together with our committed partners, we will be able to welcome even more guests in the coming years. 

In mid-November 2021, Sunweb Group management visited many of our partners in Gran Canaria and Lanzarote.  During events on both islands, we shared our long-term plans and had time to really reconnect with each other.

We are looking forward to working with our partners on the Canary Islands to create even more enticing holiday offers and experiences together!
