In the past few months, I have been able to get in touch with many of you. It's wonderful to hear that you value our partnership as much as I do. In my new role as Head of Sourcing & Partner management Sun, I will be completely focused on you, our partners, and that's precisely what makes me tick!
My focus for the coming period is to explore with you how we can improve our collaboration even more, and to speed up the implementation of Sunweb Group's partner strategy. Additionally, we'll focus on further improving our customer experience and increasing opportunities for easy and quick partner connections as well as co-developing new revenue streams with you. I'm excited to bring our partner strategy to life, in combination with my role managing the Contracting team.
Part of our partner strategy is sharing knowledge. To this end, we recently introduced a number of our partners to a winter sports experience in Alpe d'Huez, France. We enjoyed wonderful conversations about the value of our partnerships, networking sessions and ski lessons, and our guests were presented with another cool Sunweb partners, Tomorrowland Winter. We were given a behind-the-scenes look at this exciting event and enjoyed the beats in the mountains. A great example of how we welcome our partners into our world and have them experience how much the Sunweb Group family values hospitality.
Within a few weeks, you will receive a questionnaire to find out what you want and need to further improve our partnership. The results will give us vital information about how to prioritise our efforts. The questionnaire will take just 5 minutes to complete, so we'd love your input!
We are looking forward towards the summer with confidence and are working hard on the roll-out for the 2022-2023 winter season. Of course, we're also taking an early peak towards the summer 2023 season already!
