In May, our GOGO reps received their training and many enthusiastic new travel reps left for their summer destinations. In time to welcome the many young people enjoying their (post) exams break or spring break recently. We started our spring break in Albufeira, Hersonissos and Majorca. The programme is back on track at the level of 2019, without restrictions!

More digital & cashless

In 2021, we ran a Ticket App pilot for e-tickets and cashless payments at selected GOGO destinations. It was a huge success! We have now rolled out the Ticket App at all destinations. More sustainable, and it saves time. Time we get to spend on our customers.

Old and new talent

For about 10 years, Maike Schilders was one of our GOGO Destination Responsibles. During the pandemic, she changed jobs and started as a Guide Recruiter. Seeing many guides leave for sun or snow convinced her to go 'back into the field'. Maike is now Area Manager GOGO, and will use her many years' experience to take the lead, together with Rowan. They are supported by Sales Designer Giel, Area Manager Corien, Brand Manager Melanie and the entire Destination & Concepts (D&C) Team.
